Savana Security service status

We automatically check several of our public pages approximately every 15 minutes from Cloudflare. These are limited external HTTP checks, not full proof that every tool or customer workflow is functioning.

First-party monitoring pilot · No customer monitoring sold

What do these checks mean?

  • Responded: the page returned an HTTP response in the 200–399 range during the last recorded check.
  • Failed last check: the external request failed or received a different code. This may be temporary; it is not automatically a confirmed outage.
  • Unknown: there is no recent observation. We never display stale data as a current success.
  • 24-hour observations: a count of successful recorded checks, not an SLA or guaranteed uptime percentage.

We do not publish customer server addresses or internal administrative credentials in this status page. The history is stored for operational troubleshooting and may be incomplete during an incident.
